22-Great Blue Heron
I have found Great Blue Herons located practically the entire length of the Jordan River Parkway
This Heron seems to be a permanent river resident adjacent to the "Sandy Fishing Pond"
These striking birds seem to tolerate humans to a high degree along the river
I found this Heron (with trout in mouth) at Willow Pond, Murray/Jordan River Parkway
This Great Blue Heron has been available to me the majority of times I visited the Sandy
"Fishing Pond"
It seems to be accomodating my desire to photograph it from all angles!
It has provided me with a variety of backgrounds!
But for sheer photographic artistry, I was delighted with this outcome!
